Sep 8, 2009 Home Warranty of America, the fastest growing home warranty provider in the nation, is looking to add a vendor recruiter to the vendor development department. This position is a great opportunity for a skilled recruiter who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and would like to grow with a strong stable company. This individual will be making outbound phone calls (100/day) to qualified repair technicians, i.e. Plumbers, Electricians and HVAC repairr technicians to get them to join our vendor network at no cost. Home Warranty of America is expanding into new markets and needs a quality vendor network to help our customers. In addition to outbound calling, this individual will also be responsible for report generation and negotiating labor rates. HWA will provide training on our systems, product, and our processes. Requirements The right candidate must posses sales and negotiating skills as well as be a hard worker, reliable, well organized, and display excellent phone skills.
